Workout with the exercise machine Ironkayak-2

World Championship participant Maria Mityushkina trained with young athletes in sport center of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering on the new machine from USM company. It was clear after the training that it is still possible to mimic rowing techniques on the water to one on exercise machine on the surface. During the training both pro athletes and the beginners were able to drill their technique and to work out efficiently. Everybody compared it to the summer trainings for skiing, when the sportsmen used rollerskis in order to stay in shape.
